The Firm started Monday Sunday night and one of the stars is Callum Keith Rennie. I watched it and he was great in it. Did anyone else watch it?

I'm not sure about the show itself but I really enjoyed CKR's character. I'll definitely watch the episode that is showing on Thursday to give the show another chance.

I watched it, and I think Callum did well with what he was given (he always does), but I really didn't care for the show. I'm sure it's not easy to do a pilot based on a book/movie that not everyone has read/seen that is set 10 years after said book/movie took place. They've got to catch up the audience that isn't familiar with the story and explain what has happened in the 10 years prior to get them to that point, while also introducing the new story arc. It's a lot to juggle so I'm hoping, now that the groundwork is laid, so to speak, that it will improve. I missed Thursday's ep, but I am hoping to find it online somewhere. I'll give it a few episodes, but if I still can't get into it, I'll probably give up on it despite being a huge Callum fan.

The episodes are on the CBS site. I watched Thursday's episode and wasn't much impressed. It feels very one-note while trying too hard to be multi-level intrigue.
